ABOUT ELIVATE

Building Stronger Businesses from the Inside Out

Elivate Business Services partners with growing businesses and nonprofits when the way they operate is no longer keeping up with where they’re going. We help uncover what’s getting in the way, strengthen what’s behind the business, and build the clarity, structure, and capability needed for what comes next.

WHY ELIVATE

You Shouldn’t Have to Know the Answer Before You Ask for Help.

Most leaders don’t wake up one morning knowing they need a new operating model, redesigned workflows, clearer decision rights, different technology, or a new staffing structure.

They just know something feels harder than it should.

They’re spending too much time putting out fires. Their team is frustrated. Growth has created complexity. Processes that once worked aren’t keeping up. Technology isn’t making things easier. Or they’re simply too deep in the day-to-day to see what’s getting in the way.

We don’t start by selling you a predetermined answer.

We start by figuring out what your organization actually needs.

That’s where Elivate comes in.

We start by listening. We learn how your organization actually works, where your time goes, what’s creating friction, and what you’re trying to accomplish. Then we look across the business to understand what’s really happening and what needs to change.

Sometimes you need clarity and a path forward. Sometimes you need someone working alongside your team. Sometimes you need someone to roll up their sleeves and help build the solution.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Courtney Brinley, EMBA

Founder & CEO

Courtney Brinley is an operations and strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, customer service, and organizational operations. She has led small and large teams across multiple states, with responsibility spanning frontline operations, back-office functions, training, process improvement, workforce performance, and cross-functional implementation.

Throughout her career, Courtney has led complex, large-scale initiatives from planning through execution. Her work includes implementing a Medicaid transportation program and vendor transition that generated more than $1.4 million in savings, leading a Medicare Advantage operational transition that increased call-monitoring capacity by 33% within two years, and overseeing an enterprise-wide phone system replacement. She has also directed more than 100 initiatives focused on operational efficiency, communication, employee performance, and customer experience.

Courtney’s leadership experience extends beyond systems and processes. She has built and developed high-performing teams, led departments through organizational change, and helped move one team from the organization’s lowest employee-engagement score to its highest in a single survey cycle.

She holds a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Interdisciplinary Health Services and Organizational Communication with a focus in Leadership, and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with specializations in Advanced Corporate-Level Strategy and Strategic Leadership. She is also certified in Leading Teams through the University of Michigan. Courtney is the author of I Feel Like I Have a Lot to Say, a leadership book about leading with courage and integrity, and serves as Development Director on the Board of Friends of Detroit Animal Care and Control.

Courtney created Elivate because she has seen firsthand how quickly capable leaders can become buried in the day-to-day when the systems behind a growing organization don’t keep pace. She believes leaders shouldn’t have to figure everything out alone, and that the right operational support should leave an organization stronger, clearer, and more capable than it was before.
